What is a cookie?

The cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
Needed for the website to work; they do not depend on your consent and cannot be switched off.
- kv_cerez: Remembers your cookie choice. Duration: 6 months.
- kv-acilis (browser session record): Kept in your browser so that the opening animation plays only once per visit, and deleted when the tab is closed. It contains no personal data.
- sb-…: A session cookie only for site administrators who sign in to the admin panel; it is not set for visitors.
Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)
Only used if you allow it. Lets us measure which pages are viewed and how often buttons such as "Call Now" and "WhatsApp" are used.
- _ga, _ga_…: Distinguish one visitor from another. Duration: 6 months. Provider: Google.
Ad measurement (Google Ads)
Only used if you allow it. Lets us measure whether visitors who came from our ads called us.
- _gcl_au and Google Ads cookies: Measure ad clicks and conversions. Duration: up to 90 days. Provider: Google.
Map (Google Maps)
The service area map is loaded from Google Maps, and Google may use its own cookies when it loads. That is why the map only loads if you allow it or when you press the "Show map" button on it.
How to change your choice
- On your first visit, choose Accept, Reject or Settings in the banner.
- You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the very bottom of the page.
- You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, your cookie choice cannot be remembered.
